If I could give 6 stars I would. When Mom came down with a condition that required almost immediate home care, Ben and the team sprang into action. We were able to meet quickly, they assessed her house, and we put a care plan into place. The caregivers have been exceptional and Mom has liked them all. Ben is very responsive and client oriented. I've never had to deal with a situation like this before and they have made me feel totally taken care of. Highly recommended!
Ben and I first met when I worked as a Vice President of Continuing Care at Kaiser Permanente in Orange County, California. I immediately saw the talent, skill, and interpersonal skills that Ben had for working with people and completing things with only one goal in mind: providing compassionate, quality care! I most admire Ben’s determination to grow and continue serving his community. I am confident that his agency will provide dependable, exceptional care and personal services.
I have had nothing but a wonderful experience working with this company. Having worked with a few, they had exceeded my expectations. It's very much a relief knowing you can depend on people. Not to mention people who care. I'm very thankful for all of them. Especially Ben who has met me on a weekend to help organize and make this process so much easier. I truly appreciate them. Five stars all around.
Ben has been one of my go to guys for senior care help in the home for many years. He is responsive, available and very helpful. He has helped quite a few patients of mine and has done a great job with them and their families in answering questions and finding resources and providing care. Thanks Ben, 5 stars for a quick response.
Ben and his extraordinary team of caring people have made my 103 year old Dad's life so much better since they have been with him; I can never thank Ben, Joe, Kim, and especially Keri enough for their hours of service in caring for him. What a great service they provide!!
After interviewing options, I signed the contract with Ben in a matter of hours & arranged 24/7 services for 3 weeks in the skilled nursing facility. The patient had dementia & needed skilled nursing for antibiotics, strength training & COPD care. Overall, the caregivers were a good fit and went above & beyond to do a superior job. If there was someone I thought might not work long term, I communicated that to the office & it was quickly remedied. I appreciated the consistency of staff & depth of experience. Some traveled from a far distance & I really appreciated it.
I was blessed at a young age with the desire to serve others. As a boy rounding at the hospital with dad, I felt the deep gratitude these patients and families had and it left an indelible mark on me. Now as a husband and father to 7 beautiful children, including a daughter with disabilities, I have realized that I was born to serve. With over a decade of experience in the post-acute care space, I know how to help you. I have served in the trenches as a nursing home administrator, liaison for senior communities, home care, home health, and hospice agencies, VP of healthcare operations, and owner and investor in post-acute care organizations. I have been called to serve you.
